Russian and Belarus PMs to meet soon

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov and his Belarus counterpart Sergei Sidorsky will meet in Moscow on July 30, 2007 to discuss the development of trade and economic relations between the two countries, as well as cooperation in the energy sphere, the press office of the Belarus cabinet reported today.

According to unofficial data, Fradkov and Sidorsky are most likely to discuss the possibility of extending the so-called stabilization loan to Belarus of around $1bn-$1.5bn. Moreover, Russia and Belarus are still in talks on the latter country's debt for gas supplies.
