Jonathan Moore: USA to cooperate with the democratic government 02/09/2007 - 23:54 / charter97.org“The Belarusian opposition incorporates all the democratic forces; it is a broad coalition with different inside opinions. That is why it is quite natural that there are different opinions on certain issues”, deputy ambassador of the USA to Belarus Jonathan Moore declared in his interview with BelaPAN. According to the diplomat, there is always a multiplicity of opinions inside democratic movements. In particular, there is no common opinion on the closest allies of Belarus and on the economic model of the country. And the decision for the democratic forces is to be taken by the Belarusian people. Neither the USA nor the European union can insist on the scenario suitable for the republic”, Jonathan Moore stressed. He mentioned that the USA is going to cooperate with the democratic government elected by the Belarusian people.
