Klіmau and Kazulіn Will Not Be Amnestied Because of President’s Decision 10/23/2007 - 21:47 / European Radio for Belarus ERB has found out that Alyaksandr Kazulin and Andrei Klimau should not hope to be included in the amnesty and their terms of imprisonment will not be cut down by a year according to the new Law “On Amnesty” that does not provide for it this year.
